REFUND/RETURN POLICY

All sales are finalWe will do our best to ensure that your order arrives to you safe and sound. However, if there’s any issues with the item(s) you received, please contact us as soon as possible at shopthepopsickles@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt - no exceptions

We will not issue a refund or replacement if box condition, paint job, sticker placement, or position of product are not 100% perfect. Please rest assured our shipping team does double inspect items to ensure the best quality possible. 

If your order does happen to arrive in an unacceptable condition or you received the wrong item, please contact us at shopthepopsickles@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt with photos of the damages/incorrect item and your order number. However, please be aware of the following limitations: 

  • We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and are not able to replace items based on these variations, including but not limited to minor product imperfections, figure positioning, or sticker placement. 

  • We design our packaging to protect the collectibles inside. Slight blemishes to packaging may occur during the manufacturing or shipping process prior to arriving at our warehouse and will not be considered a damaged product. 

  • All blind/mystery boxes or chase variants are shipped at random. If we replace a blind or variant item, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same variant as in your original shipment. 

CANCELLATIONS FOR PRE-ORDER AND IN-STOCK ITEMS

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of purchase will not incur any penalties.All pre-order and in-stock items are both considered final, are not eligible for cancellation or refundShould The POP! Sickles decide that extenuating circumstances exist, and a cancellation of a pre-order or in-stock item is granted, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total order will be charged. Decisions to allow a cancellation are considered on a case by case based, with The POP! Sickles having no obligations to consider a person’s request. Cancellation fees will be waived if you opt for store credit.

If you plan to pre-order an item please be 100% sure you want the item because your pre-order is immediately sent to the manufacturer for production and for fulfillment. A delay in the ETA of a product from the manufacturer/distributor does not qualify for a refund or cancelation. 

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES 

If your order was returned to sender, we will contact you as soon as we receive your package to let you know. A new invoice for the cost of the second shipment will be sent to you. Your order will not ship until this invoice is paid.

REPLACEMENTS ON SOLD OUT/UNAVAILABLE ITEMS

We cannot guarantee that we will have replacements for sold out or unavailable items and a refund may be issued instead. All replacements and refunds will be at the discretion of customer support.

REFUND ON DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We go above and beyond while packaging your order with FREE PopFiend Protectors and individually bubble wrapped products to make sure your order arrives safely. However, when your product leaves our warehouse and arrives at your local mail carrier damages may occur due to their handling of your product.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email at shopthepopsickles@gmail.com with your order number, pictures and brief description of the issue within 5 days of delivery

IMPORTANT:If you purchased our Route Package Protection, we will file a claim on your behalf and if your claim is approved, we will replace your damaged item for free or provide you with a full refund if that item is no longer in-stock. Route may take a couple of days to approve your claim, so we appreciate your patience while waiting as we have no control over their processing times. If you choose not to provide photos and/or did not purchase our Route Package Protection, then there is nothing we can do to further assist you and you must file a claim with USPS, UPS or FedEx. By agreeing to the terms and conditions at checkout, you are aware of this policy as it is also stated on our product's page under Route Package Protection. 

BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE ON OUR WEBSITE, AS WELL AS ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO COMPLY WITH THESE POLICIES.

THE POP! SICKLES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR UPDATE THESE POLICIES AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THESE POLICIES PERIODICALLY FOR CHANGES. NECESSARY ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THOSE THAT DO NOT COMPLY.
