Shipping Policy

Our mission is to package all your item's with amazing care. Please allow up to 3-5 business days after placing your order for us to process, package, and ship your order if all items are in stock. During conventions and peak season, this time will be extended until after the convention is over (for conventions add an 3 additional days.).
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship The POP! Sickles products worldwide, with the exception of a few countries where couriers do not deliver. We strive to offer our customers the best shipping rates available. Keep in mind that for international orders, tariffs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. International UPS shipments may also include a brokerage fee from UPS that will be the responsibility of the customer.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all US orders over $150. At the moment, we do not offer free shipping to international orders.
HOW ARE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRICES CALCULATED?
Shipping prices are calculated based on real-time rates from third-party couriers such as FedEx, USPS, or UPS. The shipping price shown is the exact amount it will cost to ship the package. These prices are based on dimensional weight, which takes into account the dimensions of the product(s) and their weight. We do not profit from shipping.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping time varies based on location. For orders within the United States, Mexico, and Canada, shipping typically takes 2-6 business days. For overseas shipping, delivery may take up to 10-12 business days, though longer delivery times can occur. Please note The POP! Sickles is not responsible for any weather conditions or natural causes that may cause shipping delays, especially during the summer or winter months.
WHEN DO YOU SHIP?
We ship orders for in-stock items within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday. Pre-order items will show their expected ship dates on the product pages for each individual item that was a pre-order. You should also understand that delivery date of pre-order items is subject to change based on the manufactures timeline - this does not qualify you for a cancellation.
WHAT COURIERS DO YOU USE?
We use USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ship orders.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes! Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24-72 hours for tracking numbers to update after placing your order. HOW DOES "SHIP AS YOU GO" WORK?
We know how frustrating it is to have to wait for your order to ship, specially when you're super excited to get it! That's why we offer our customers with a ship as you go program. If you would like for your in-stock items to ship right away, or for your pre-order items to ship as they arrive, please choose ship as you go at checkout. ONLY AVAILABLE FOR US ORDERS!
BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE ON OUR WEBSITE, AS WELL AS ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO COMPLY WITH THESE POLICIES.
